I think I'm abnormal because I like my job. I like it alot. Basically I help young men create and accomplish their own goals - by meeting throughout the week we figure out their needs and wants and work through each step until they've accomplished those ends. Many come from situations you wouldnt wish on your worst enemy. So to see them overcome adversity and achieve for themselves is amongst the greatest feelings ever. Its also pretty amazing that I get monetary compensation for something so fulfilling.

After 18 is a new series from TulsaWorld.com - it features my company, Youth Services of Tulsa and our big boss Jim. I’d post most anything having to do with work because I do like it so much. But when its as well produced and executed as this I feel all the more good about what we do.
